These terms and conditions shall govern the contractual relationship between you (the “Subscriber”) and the “Netball Scotland”, with registered offices in xxxx for the subscription to the streaming service netballscotland.tv ("Service") that allows you to access through enabled devices to audiovisual contents related to Netball Scotland by connecting at your own expense to website www.netballscotland.tv (hereinafter, the “Website”).
The technical management of the Service is carried out by StreamViral, without prejudice to CBF’s sole and exclusive property on the contents of Service and Website.
By subscribing to the Service and by inserting your personal data, you declare to be of full age and to acknowledge and to agree to the Terms and Conditions in full. At the time of the subscription of these Terms and Conditions, you will be required to read the Privacy Policy and to authorize the processing of your personal data.

3. Fees and duration of Subscription
The fees of the subscription to the Service are published on the special section of the Website and can be changed by Netball Scotland at its own discretion upon publication in the relevant section of the Website.
The payment will be made through the credit card provided by you, or using other methods of payment that may be available on the subscription section of the Website.
Each subscription will be automatically renewed without prejudice to your right to cancel the subscription in any moment through access to your own account on the Website and following the relevant instructions. Upon termination, the subscriber will continue to access the Service until the expiry date of the subscription. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial period of subscription. The operative termination of the subscription will be effective only by following the instructions in the special section of the Website within the 23:59 of the day prior to the expiration of your subscription.
